Families with children are welcome. The Seagull Inn offers kayaks, bicycles, a nearby beach, croquet, a fireplace, a film library and a CD collection. Wireless Internet access is available, and guests may use an Inn computer and a copier/scanner/printer/fax. In addition, all suites are air conditioned, and provide TV/VCR/DVDs with cable access, telephones, hair dryers, coffee makers, complimentary bottled water, soft drinks and snacks. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas are available. The Seagull Inn is smoke free; however, guests may smoke outdoors on decks and patios.

Lighthouse Suite Apartment $225/$250* per night This multi-level suite features accommodations for five with a sofa bed in the living room area, a roll-away cot, and a queen-sized four-poster bed in the upstairs bedroom.
It offers a private entrance with deck, kitchen, private bath with tub/shower, and a roof deck with spectacular ocean and harbor views.
Lawn furniture, barbecue, and hammock add to the enjoyment of the views and gardens.
The kitchen has been recently remodeled with granite counter tops, dishwasher, glass cook-top, disposal, and full-sized oven. |

Seabreeze Suite $170/$195* per night This airy two-room suite features rooms furnished with antiques and Shaker-style furniture.
The suite includes private bath with tub/shower, queen-sized four-poster bed, and a sofa and day bed in the adjoining sitting room.
The suite can further expand for families with the addition of the adjacent Twin Room, with two twin beds, which would share the suite’s private bath. |

Library Suite $140/165* per night This cozy wood paneled room features a hand-crafted Shaker-style queen-sized four poster bed and an antique captain's desk.
The walls are lined with books of every variety.
The private bathroom features an antique marble vanity top, antique mirror and picture frames, and an old silver dressing table set. It has a walk-in shower. |
Prices above are double occupancy. We charge an additional $25 per person per night for our suites which have accommodations for more than two people. Certain weekends and holidays may require a two or three night minimum. Check-in time is 2:00 p.m., or a time arranged at your convenience.
Please inquire about extended-stay and off-season discounts (November thru April, except holidays).
Payment – Full payment required for 1 – 2 night stays, 50% deposit for 3 nights
or more. Personal checks, Visa and
MasterCard accepted.
Cancellations – Cancellation period is 2 weeks prior to arrival date for bookings of less than 7 days for one suite only. Cancellation period is 30 days prior to arrival date for multi-suite bookings, or for bookings of 7 days or longer. Full refund less $25 processing fee will be given for cancellations made prior to the applicable cancellation period.
